Now
What we're building right now.

The Brand Just Changed
Tonight we rewrote the entire front door. The hero, the vision page, every product description, the belief statement. The portfolio finally says what it means: your work belongs to you — and everything we build exists to keep it that way. If you visited last week, you'd barely recognize the place.
What's Shipping
Syncopate is the daily operating system — notes, tasks, Shape Up scopes and hill charts, all in a desktop app that stays local. The reliability engine just shipped (v0.7.3). Now we're rethinking the entire analytics model: replacing promise-tracking with a momentum metric derived from hill chart movement over time. Less "did you keep your word" — more "is your work alive?"
Merrily is the Shape Up business OS. We're running our own cycles on it — dogfooding the thing we're building. Every friction point we hit makes the product better. That's the deal.
Mulholland is the big one. Screenplay authoring, visual development, and production management in a single local-first toolchain. Rust backend, React frontend, everything encrypted. This is a years-long build and it's moving.
Also in Motion
- Goose — GEO-native website builder on Cloudflare Workers. Sites that AI recommends, not just indexes.
- Rumpus — Event management for organizers who won't sell their guests' data.
- Rabble — Workshop platform that forgets participants when the session ends.
- Eddy — Feedback collection that turns noise into the next pitch.
- Gloss — VS Code markdown reader. Feature-complete, pending Marketplace publication.
What We're Thinking About
Local-first architecture that doesn't compromise on collaboration. End-to-end encryption patterns for real products, not whitepapers. What analytics look like when you refuse to surveil your users. The shift from SEO to GEO — and why privacy-first architecture turns out to be a structural business advantage in a post-search world.
This is a now page. It tells you what we're focused on right now.
